Cisco Pathways is a programme aimed at inspiring young people to think about a STEM-based career whilst learning key employability skills.

Using the power of the internet, Cisco helps companies of all sizes transform how people connect, communicate and collaborate. Our technology is changing the nature of work and the way we live. Tomorrow’s technology will be created by today’s young people and diversity is key to its success. We are committed to improving access to digital skills for young people from all UK backgrounds and our Pathways programme is just one of the ways we’re making it happen.

Aiming to inspire young people in Y7-13, Pathways introduces students to possible careers in technology whilst developing key employability skills, through innovative and engaging content. There are downloadable STEM resources for all teachers, long-term school partnerships delivering in-school workshops and visits to Cisco offices, plus business and technical work experience.
